Family Support Center's 11/4/11 Luncheon.
The Fall Luncheon exceeded our expectations in terms of number of attendees and funds raised. Approximately 200 guests enjoyed the Lincoln Elementary School 4th & 5th grade choir, heard from client families and a volunteer couple. Attendees donated $18,000 to support Family Support Center programs.
FCS Receives $20K Matching Grant
Half ($10,000) comes from a unique partnership of 4 local Rotary Clubs (South Puget Sound, West Olympia, Lacey and Capitol/Centennial), the Intel Foundation, Olympia's Unitarian Universalist Congregation and our Board of Directors; the other half comes through a Rotary District 5020 Gates Foundation matching grant.
