Community Cafés are a series of guided, parent lead, conversations based on the 5 Protective Factors that strengthen families. There are a variety of community
cafes that take place in neighborhoods throughout our community on an ongoing basis. These fun, supportive group meetings are lead by other parents just like you and always include a
delicious meal and free child care. The goal is to increase community wisdom, build parent voice and facilitate action to improve lives for children. Thanks to a generous grant from
the Children’s Trust Foundation, the Family Support Center is sponsoring several cafes in Thurston County. Click here to find a café near you!
